Cities and Social

IPFA's cities and social infrastructure practice covers health, education, research, urban development and urban renewal projects.

IPFA's team of City and Social experts recognises that, in an environment of growing populations, liveable cities are critical to Australians' wellbeing, as well as providing increased business, employment and education opportunities and driving economic growth.

We have advised on commercial arrangements to help shape cities and regenerate communities. We use our commercial acumen to better align infrastructure and land use planning decision making and drive better financial and social outcomes. We support the Australian Government to proactively use infrastructure to drive development outcomes – delivering infrastructure as cities grow not after.
